Please see below for several sample configurations, then contact our sales department for further assistance in configuring a
system.
The PI-3105 requires several timing signals (frame-sync, line-sync, and
pixel clock) that can be provided either by the PI-2005
Pattern Generator or by a third-party pulse/pattern generator.

Dual Channel Digital Acquisition Card with 4 GB |
The system described above will acquire data at up to 40 MHz per channel from a 4-output focalplane array
mounted in a Dewar or uncooled interface board with coaxial connectors. Four pre-amplifier modules
will drive the inputs of the Filter/ADC modules in the
AIM.
Four digitized outputs from the AIM will be transferred into two channels each of two Digital Acquisition Cards, and then transferred to the CompactPCI CPU for processing and display.
Basic timing sequences must be supplied by the ROIC or by a pattern generator (such as the PI-2005),
and control is provided over USB for filtering and strobe timing for each channel as well as the global offset.
PI-Controller software is included.

Dual Channel Digital Acquisition Card with 4 GB |
The system described above will acquire data at up to 10 MHz per channel, with CDS, from an 8-output CCD mounted in a Dewar or an uncooled interface board with coax outputs. Eight preamplifier modules will drive the
inputs of the ADC/Filters modules in two AIMs.
Four digitized outputs from each AIM will be multiplexed into each of two
inputs on the Digital Acquisition Card, and then transferred to the CompactPCI
CPU for processing and display.
Basic timing sequences must be supplied by the ROIC or by a pattern generator (such as the PI-2005),
and control is provided over USB for filtering and strobe timing for each channel as well as the global offset.
PI-Controller software is included.

The system described above will acquire data at up to 20 MHz per channel from an 16-output FPA mounted in a Dewar or an uncooled interface board with coax outputs. 16 pre-amplifier modules will drive the
inputs of the Gain/Filter stages and A/D modules in four AIMs.
Four digitized outputs from each AIM will be multiplexed into each of four Digital Acquisition Cards, and then transferred to the CompactPCI CPU for processing and display.
Basic timing sequences must be supplied by the ROIC or by a pattern generator (such as the PI-2005),
and control is provided over USB for filtering and strobe timing for each channel as well as the global offset.
